All our breads are hand produced, with natural, organic or french flours. We use a variety of methods to produce our doughs including Pain au Levain, Polish and yeast-free sourdough starters . Our everyday bread range includes rustic baguettes, pain de campagne, ciabatta, and various flavoured sour-doughs, including rye and spelt. Fridays and weekends we extend our range to include Cholla, Lemon Provence, Sun-dried tomato

and basil, to name a few.


Our Vienoisserie selection includes plain and almond croissants, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisin and various fruited pastries.


We believe in producing bread the natural way, using flour, water and salt, with no artificial flavours or preservatives, with a long proving period, to give the best natural loaf. Working this way we find those who experience many common digestive problems find their symptoms eased and less troublesome. The wheat-free breads we currently produce are 100% Rye and Spelt. We are looking to include a gluten-free bread to our range shortly. We will be producing Festive christmas breads.
